Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of new insurance products and strategic initiatives

  • Ensure all product-related changes, enhancements, and developments are comprehensively documented in accordance with internal standards and audit requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product specifications, development strategies, and ensure technical requirements are translated and understood by key stakeholders.

  • Ensure the product development complied with regulatory requirements and product filings.

  • Develop and maintain product documentation including user requirements, user stories, and training materials.

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of product performance reports. Contribute to the annual business planning process by providing relevant data, insights, and support in the formulation of strategic plans.

  • Execute a wide range of ad-hoc tasks and analytical assignments as directed.

  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager or Company Management, in accordance with organizational needs and priorities.

Requirements:
  • Graduate in Business, Actuarial, Finance, Mathematics and/or Statistics major.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in insurance product development, product portfolio management with a proven track record.

  • Strong command of written and spoken English.

  • Good analytical skill, time management, presentation, communication.

  • Sufficient knowledge of using Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint, SQL.

  • A good knowledge of system development and certification in PM, BA is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
