Job Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of new insurance products and strategic initiatives
Ensure all product-related changes, enhancements, and developments are comprehensively documented in accordance with internal standards and audit requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product specifications, development strategies, and ensure technical requirements are translated and understood by key stakeholders.
Ensure the product development complied with regulatory requirements and product filings.
Develop and maintain product documentation including user requirements, user stories, and training materials.
Assist in the preparation and analysis of product performance reports. Contribute to the annual business planning process by providing relevant data, insights, and support in the formulation of strategic plans.
Execute a wide range of ad-hoc tasks and analytical assignments as directed.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager or Company Management, in accordance with organizational needs and priorities.
Graduate in Business, Actuarial, Finance, Mathematics and/or Statistics major.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in insurance product development, product portfolio management with a proven track record.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Good analytical skill, time management, presentation, communication.
Sufficient knowledge of using Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint, SQL.
A good knowledge of system development and certification in PM, BA is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
