What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
- Drive headcount planning, org structure design/changes and support business leaders to plan year-round talent management processes including performance and workforce evaluation, development and succession plans
- Develop and influence the change in the organization: project plans, risk management, review impact of solutions for the business
- Shape a positive employee experience across various stages, from recruitment to retention.
- Act as coach and business partner to leaders and business teams, consult with all leaders to drive engagement and continuous improvement mindset in Pfizer's culture.
- Provide decision support through HR metrics
- Manage implementation of new systems, processes and programs such as Workday enhancements, portal enhancements and changes, etc.
- Participate in the ongoing review of HR processes and make recommendations for process efficiencies.
- Provide timely and effective coaching to all leaders and colleagues on HR processes and programs, driving utilization of on-line and Shared Services tools when appropriate.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and compensation activities, staying updated on labor laws and advising managers on personnel issues
- Ensure understanding, alignment and adherence to all Pfizer global and regional policies.
- Local policy design to align with changes in the market or local legislation, in collaboration with COEs and stakeholders.
- Management of compliance matters in alignment to internal policies.
- Work with HR Centers of Excellence on the required and ad hoc in-country projects and activities.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- A BA/BS with 5+ years of experience
- Demonstrate business acumen, strategic and innovative thinking
- Extensive knowledge of effective HR procedures and policies
- Excellent consulting skills
- Ability to coach and build strong relationships with diverse individuals across the organization
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in managing employee relations and union relations
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- Demonstrated ability in managing employee relations and union relations
- Understanding and integration of both internal and external business drivers
- Knowledge of financial metrics to drive talent outcomes for the business
- HR working experience in a multi-national organization
- Proven track record of promoting employee value proposition
- Experience in Change Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability
- Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
