PSS Converged Comms is responsible for building traction and maximizing win for non-vanilla product lines such as Smartflo & Omni channel (WhatsApp for Business, Chat bot)
Candidate will be responsible for product sales and revenue in his/her assigned territory or customer accounts.
Key Role Deliverables- Responsible to generate New Business from Value Added Voice Services like - SmartFlo & Omni Channel
- Share Market Intelligence to HQ Product Team - Customer Insights, Competition Benchmarking etc.
- Capability presentation to Large / Medium customer, make product value propositions, demo to customer and support sales team in deal closure.
