The Product Sales Expert (PSE) is a key individual contributor responsible for driving regional growth and achieving ambitious sales targets for a specific product or product group. This role translates the company’s strategy into actionable regional execution plans, ensuring business momentum and sustainable growth. Success is measured through both leading indicators (pipeline generation, customer engagement) and lagging indicators (revenue and profit uplift). Acting as a strategic product champion and sales enabler, the PSE collaborates closely with regional and global teams to optimize market penetration and revenue generation. Additionally, the PSE serves as a bridge between local sales teams and HQ, ensuring alignment and contributing to regional sales planning. By continuously gathering market insights and customer feedback, the PSE proactively informs HQ teams (PSMs, Product, PMM) on growth opportunities, whitespace, and strategic directions.
 

Main responsibilities: 

 

  • Drive WhatsApp and Viber sales success for both new and existing customers across the EMEA region, working closely with the sales team on key accounts.
  • Co-create and roll out go-to-market strategies for WhatsApp and Viber products across the EMEA region.
  • Act as the main bridge between EMEA and OTT Unfix base, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment to scale strategic product initiatives.
  • Share key market insights and customer feedback with OTT Unfix base, especially around feature gaps, competitive losses, and blockers.
  • Equip customer-facing teams with deep product knowledge through enablement sessions and hands-on support on opportunities.
  • Identify growth opportunities and take ownership in driving new ideas and initiatives across the region.
  • Partner with the Operations team to monitor pipeline health and drive consistent results.
  • Track and report on WhatsApp and Viber pipeline progress, working with relevant teams to remove roadblocks and accelerate deals.
  • Be active part of strategic planning with the regions and OTT Unfix base, to unlock new potential and whitespace to accelerate product growth. 

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • Background in business or product, with strong understanding of sales and consultancy
  • Proven experience in Whatsapp and Viber products.
  • Experience in partnering directly with Meta or Viber is a strong plus. 
  • Strong commercial mindset with analytical, sales acceleration, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities with customer-facing confidence.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to operate in diverse regulatory conditions across EMEA.
  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel to support key opportunities and field teams.
