Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for coordinating feature and product requirements within a complex technical environment. You will act as a key interface between R&D expert teams, Product Management, and end users, driving the process of translating diverse requirements into clear, measurable technical specifications. A solid understanding of how features are implemented at a technical level is essential in order to define performance criteria that guide development, testing, and product rollout.
- Balance customer performance needs, physical limits, R&D feasibility, timeline, cost, and serviceability requirements into structured technical specifications
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to define clear, measurable, and testable requirements
- Define development, validation, and release criteria to ensure product features perform as intended in real-world use
- Communicate and align requirements across engineering, product, and service teams to ensure consistent implementation and understanding
- Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field; cross-disciplinary knowledge preferred
- Strong understanding of complex technical systems and how features are implemented at system level
- Experience with interfacial communication and cross-department aligment; between R&D, Product Management, Production, and Service stakeholders
- Ability to translate technical and customer requirements into clear, measurable, and testable specifications
- Strong analytical, structured thinking, and excellent communication skills to align cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to balance conflicting inputs between different technical and commercial stakeholders, identifying bottle necks and synergies
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail in documentation and requirement definition

With us you will receive an attractive annual gross salary from 50.000 € (plus bonus, KV Metallgewerbe). Depending on your experience, this can also be higher.
