The Product Quality Complaint position is responsible for reviewing, evaluating and processing PQC records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Essential functions
- Receive and log product complaints
- Lead or support complaint investigations
- Process PQC records in accordance with regulatory and quality requirements.
- Analyze trends in complaints
- Work within a collaborative PQC team
Necessary Skills and Abilities
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and industry standards
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office programs and applications
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific or related field of study
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product quality complaints, pharmacovigilance or quality assurance.
