The Opportunity

The Product Program Manager drives day-to-day execution for specific product lines manufactured at an Integra facility—ensuring cost, schedule, and quality are tightly managed for hyperscale deployments. This role converts program-level objectives into detailed production plans and works with on-site leadership to deliver manufactured components on time and at spec.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination ability, technical aptitude, and direct collaboration with production, engineering, supply chain, and quality.

What you will do?

  • Lead the execution of assigned product lines from planning through delivery.
  • Translate customer requirements and design documentation into detailed production milestones.
  • Maintain daily coordination with operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
  • Track manufacturing progress, cost, risks, and material readiness.
  • Manage product schedule
  • Provide reporting to the Equipment Program Manager and support client-facing communication.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve throughput, cost efficiency, and quality.
  • Support site readiness, factory enablement, and production scaling efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing, modular construction, production management, or technical project management.
  • Strong understanding of production workflows, scheduling, and build processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data centers, modular, electrical/mechanical, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing preferred.
