The role also coordinates with cross-functional teams, mentors junior engineers, and drives continuous improvement across electrical design processes and tools.

Supports the development, maintenance, updating, and reporting of integrated EPC project schedules using Primavera P6. Coordinates with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, and project management teams to collect progress data and forecasts. Performs schedule updates, quality checks, milestone tracking, look-ahead planning, critical path analysis, reporting, and documentation while learning project controls and EPC execution fundamentals under experienced professionals.

Supports daily HR operations, including recruiting coordination, onboarding and offboarding, employee records, HRIS updates, timekeeping, payroll-related activities, benefits administration, compliance, training documentation, and employee inquiries. Leads the development and implementation of safety programs across operational environments. Oversees regulatory compliance, safety reviews, training, site inspections, hazard assessments, incident investigations, root cause analyses, and risk-reduction initiatives. Provides expert guidance and mentorship to junior safety professionals while collaborating with engineering, operations, project teams, and leadership. Requires extensive multi-site safety management experience and multiple professional certifications.

Develops detailed 2D and 3D mechanical and electrical design packages for data center systems. Creates SolidWorks models, fabrication and assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and engineering documentation. Manages revisions in PDM systems, applies drafting and GD&T standards, supports manufacturing and fabrication, resolves fit-up issues, and collaborates with engineering, production, and project teams. The role also supports design quality, documentation control, multiple project assignments, and continuous improvement.

The Project Accountant manages project financials throughout the project lifecycle, including job costing, budgets, billing, forecasting, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role supports month-end close, prepares journal entries, monitors project performance, and partners with project managers, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and sales teams. Responsibilities also include ERP project setup, accounts payable and receivable, subcontractor compliance, change orders, inventory adjustments, and contract administration.

Serves as the enterprise technical authority for low- and medium-voltage switchboards, switchgear, RMUs, bus systems, and distribution assemblies. Develops electrical design standards, breaker configurations, protection coordination and arc-flash requirements, and ensures NEC, UL, and IEEE compliance. Partners with Product Engineering to standardize modular power platforms, reviews equipment designs, supports manufacturing and installation scalability, and contributes to value engineering. The role also supports energization and commissioning in mission-critical or industrial environments.

The Integration Manager connects functional and project teams across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, finance, and project delivery. Responsibilities include identifying organizational gaps, clarifying ownership and decision rights, designing governance and operating models, aligning project inputs, supporting leadership decisions, tracking risks and dependencies, and implementing scalable processes. Leads and enforces stored energy isolation and LOTO programs for mission-critical infrastructure projects.
