Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for complex projects. The QA/QC Engineer performs mechanical and electrical field inspections, testing, commissioning, torque and alignment verification, and compliance audits. The role develops inspection and test plans, manages quality documentation, leads root cause analysis and corrective actions, audits suppliers and subcontractors, verifies turnover packages, and supports continuous improvement. The role inspects electrical equipment such as switchgear, switchboards, and UPS systems; analyzes supplier nonconformances; leads containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions; reviews first article inspections; and drives supplier quality improvements. The engineer collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and suppliers while traveling domestically and internationally 10–30%.

The Supplier Quality Engineer manages supplier qualification, audits, onboarding, inspections, nonconformance resolution, corrective actions, first article reviews, and continuous improvement for electrical and mechanical data center equipment. The role develops inspection and quality control plans, analyzes supplier performance, applies Lean and Six Sigma methods, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and suppliers. Domestic and international travel of 10–30% is required.

Directs manufacturing production planning and scheduling to meet customer delivery requirements. Develops supply and master production plans, balances supply and demand, coordinates materials, capacity, vendors, procurement, maintenance, and quality activities, and monitors shipment performance. Designs and evolves an enterprise Azure-based Lakehouse platform using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks. Builds metadata-driven ingestion, ELT, CDC, orchestration, Spark/PySpark transformations, semantic models, and governed Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers. Integrates enterprise systems across ERP, CRM, construction, manufacturing, HR, and operations while establishing standards for data quality, lineage, security, observability, performance, and cost optimization. Partners with stakeholders to deliver trusted data products and provides technical leadership across architecture and engineering.

Manages crane and rigging program execution across construction, manufacturing, logistics, and modular assembly operations. Reviews lift plans, critical lifts, crane configurations, rigging systems, permits, inspections, and subcontractor qualifications. Conducts field assessments, audits, incident investigations, training, and corrective-action tracking while ensuring compliance with OSHA, ASME, ANSI/CMAA, and company standards. Provides technical leadership to lifting personnel and project teams, pauses unsafe operations, and supports continuous improvement. The role requires extensive travel and frequent field presence in active industrial and construction environments.

Leads production finance for manufacturing operations, covering forecasting, budgeting, cost accounting, inventory valuation, financial controls, workforce planning, KPI reporting, and performance analysis. Partners with production, supply chain, HR, and executive leaders to evaluate profitability, labor productivity, working capital, capital investments, and cost-reduction initiatives. Oversees close activities, variance analysis, standard costing, project accounting coordination, audit support, and continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting.

Manages health, safety, and environmental programs across operational and project sites. Leads safety planning, regulatory compliance, inspections, hazard assessments, incident root cause analyses, training, risk reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Supervises safety staff and collaborates with engineering, operations, project teams, and leadership to reduce risks and improve safety performance.

Supports daily HR operations in a manufacturing environment, including recruiting coordination, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS and employee record maintenance, timekeeping, payroll support, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations documentation, training tracking, and employee inquiries. Partners with HR Business Partners and the HR Director while supporting engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives.

Leads electrical quality operations in a manufacturing environment, supervising quality personnel and overseeing inspections, testing, audits, documentation, and compliance. Reviews electrical assemblies and workmanship, supports root cause analysis and corrective actions, monitors quality metrics, and partners with Engineering and Production to reduce defects and improve reliability. Maintains QMS processes, supports audits, delivers training, and drives Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and maintain baseline, master, and detailed production schedules to support quality, delivery, efficiency, inventory, and cost objectives. Track milestones, critical paths, resources, labor forecasts, and schedule changes while preparing status reports and contingency plans. Coordinate with Purchasing and international freight vendors to align production with material availability. Support forecasting improvements, production planning initiatives, and schedule communication to management, leadership, and customers.

Supports corporate hiring by partnering with leaders, defining hiring strategies, building candidate pipelines, sourcing proactively, screening applicants, coordinating hiring processes, and providing market insights. Supports the Project Director in executing complex EPC/EPFC projects across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project controls. Manages assigned scopes and workstreams, monitors schedule, cost, quality, safety, and risks, coordinates clients and stakeholders, prepares performance reports, supports change management, and leads project team members. May serve as acting Project Manager or Project Director delegate.

Manages engineering projects from conception through completion, including planning scope, budgets, resources, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication.
