The Product and Process Specialist (PPS) in Paint Shop is an Engineer dedicated in assuring the compliance of all the corporate process standar requirements from the BIW final stage until the last paint inspection in Final Line and Customer audits meeting the safety, quality, cost and delivery expectations. For the compliance of these requirements the PPS needs to monitor quality KPIs and implement improvement plans working with other areas of the paint shop and plant and involving paint suppliers.
