We're currently looking for PPC Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be part of an exciting journey to rethink construction through innovation and creativity—bringing real impact to how spaces are built across Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with demand and capacity
- Handle material planning & inventory control, including forecasting and purchase requests
- Coordinate material fulfillment with procurement, warehouse, and production teams
- Monitor production progress and ensure targets are met
- Evaluate performance and identify process improvements
Requirements
- Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Technical background (bachelor degree or master)
- Has experience (minimal 3 years) as PPC or PPIC in a manufacture company at supervisor position (with master and understand all PPC work)
- Independence, thought, firm, careful, meticulous, responsible, able to work hard, good communication, good leadership
- Has good initiative and creative
- More than 30 years old, male / female
- Willing to work in workshop (tangerang)
- Able to operate the computer and its software needed
- Has good health and no smoking
Skills Required
- Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience as PPC or PPIC at supervisor position
- Ability to operate required software
- Strong communication and leadership skills
