WHAT YOU’LL DO  

You will constantly follow, react and identify new sales opportunities based on selling,< customer insights and surrounding analysis. With strong analytical skills, a commercial mindset, and salesmanship, you ensure the right assortment impact to maximise growth and profitability. You will work in close collaboration with a small product team and stakeholders from the region as well as other teams within Assortment office to secure a strong customer offer for the region.  

Key Responsibilities:  

Responsible to optimise the best regional customer offer by using sales analysis, quantification and leveraging customer and competitors’ insights.  

  • Strategic planning for full Womenswear to maximize meaningful growth and sustainable profitability for the region.   

  • Demand planning, quantification and order placement for the unique assortment developed by the design hub.  

  • Take the full responsibility for the planning & controlling for your department, in collaboration with the Assortment Controller.  

  • Work in tight collaboration with the product team to secure the best omni customer offer to deliver on our growth plan.  

  • Drive close collaboration with the region merchandising team.   

  • With a curious and driven selling mindset, conduct sales analysis of our products to identify patterns and translate them into actionable conclusions with the aim to make an impact and maximise the total customer offer.  

  • Demonstrate salesmanship & urgency for outcome. Bring a solution-oriented, positive, and agile mindset to change and complexity, driving clear action focus and follow-through.  

  • Ensure that the capacity planning for your product team towards Production Office is accurate​.  

  • Be an informal leader driving and secure the execution on the 2028 growth plan.  

WHO YOU ARE  

We are looking for people with:  

  • Degree within business related areas, textile fashion or a equivalent area  

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn your analysis into actions  

  • Business and commercial mindset  

  • Strong communication skills  

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbally  

  • Experience from planning, merchandising, buying, or purchasing is meriting  

  • Experience within e-commerce is meritorious
