A Product Performance Manager is responsible for monitoring the performance results of a specific GCash product as a whole. This involves collecting, analyzing and reporting on the performance data and indicators, analyze and comparing them with the performance standards and objectives. The objectives are to enhance product processes by identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement, collaborate with support teams and stakeholders systematically to address and restore identified issues, and ensure all processes are aligned with business readiness and compliance standards.
You'll be responsible for:
Champions process enhancements or enhancing processes for scale.
Champions after sales support while working with cross-functional teams from GCash to enable support teams to understand new product launches and marketing promotions and address inquiries.
Drive process and policies documentation and enhancement based on insights and customer feedback (internal or external).
Focuses on launch readiness of product/s handled and building and ensures it remains compliant with policies and regulations.
Ensures high quality product service levels and reporting i.e. minimizes transaction errors and partner reporting issues
Coordinates with enterprise sales, commercial enablement, operations, trade assurance, and other teams outside the commercial group (eg. CXM, Finance, BI), either directly or in collaboration with the product managers to ensure business objectives are met.
Manages tasks and projects assigned from time to time as needed by the business
We are looking for:
Educational Background – College graduate with strong leadership potential
Experience in Project & Product Management
Years of Work Experience – 1-3 years of work
Work Background / Experience - Fintech, Bank, Financial Institution or similar industries is preferred
Level of Knowledge
Good project management
Good presentation skills
MS Tools / Application
Familiar with Agile methodologies
Skills and Functional Competencies
Entrepreneurial with excellent problem-solving skills
Analytical and Proficient in process mapping & numbers
Highly organized
Excellent communicator in both written and verbal scenarios
