This is the first dedicated Product role in the company.
Until now, product has been owned directly by one of the founders together with the C-level team.You will be stepping into that ownership layer and, over time, fully take over product strategy and execution. That means this role is not “supporting product.” It is defining it.
Where we are nowThe product is successful and generating strong, consistent revenue.
But we are now entering a new phase:
Scaling complexity across markets
Improving conversion and monetization systems
Increasing retention efficiency
Making product decisions faster, more structured, and more data-driven
We are not figuring out if this works.
We already know it does.
Now the question is how far we can push it.
What you’ll actually doYou will own product performance end-to-end.
Not just features. Not just roadmaps. Outcomes.
That means:
You don’t just identify problems, you trace them to root cause
You don’t just propose ideas, you turn them into structured, executable specs
You don’t just ship features, you measure impact and iterate based on data
You will:
Own and evolve core product flows (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, monetization, retention)
Identify friction points and conversion leaks across the entire user journey
Design and run structured experiments that directly impact revenue and engagement metrics
Work closely with engineering, data, and design to ship scalable solutions
Define what should be built, why it matters, and how success is measured
You’ve already:
Owned a product (not just contributed to it) for 3–5+ years
Built and scaled products from scratch A–Z
Worked on high-scale consumer platforms (subscriptions, marketplaces, social, engagement, gaming, etc.)
Made decisions that had real impact on revenue, retention, or growth
Stayed long enough in companies to actually build depth, not just move between short roles
We are not interested in frequent job-hopping profiles without real ownership depth.
We are looking for people who have built, iterated, and improved something over time.
You are:
Strongly data-driven decision make and decisions are grounded in metrics, not instincts
Comfortable working with analytics, experimentation, and product tracking systems
Able to translate abstract ideas into structured product requirements
Technically literate enough to have meaningful conversations about APIs, systems, and architecture
Comfortable discussing trade-offs with engineers and leadership
But more importantly:
You think in systems, not features
You understand monetization deeply and have worked with it hands-on
You understand gamification mechanics and how they influence engagement and revenue
You don’t just execute — you challenge assumptions and improve direction
You care about outcomes above output
You don’t wait for direction, you create clarity

You don’t ship for the sake of shipping, you ship to move metrics
You take full ownership of outcomes

Skills Required
- Owned a product end-to-end for 3-5+ years
- Built and scaled products from scratch (A-Z)
- Experience with high-scale consumer platforms (subscriptions, marketplaces, social, gaming, engagement)
- Proven impact on revenue, retention, or growth through product decisions
- Strong data-driven decision making; comfortable with analytics and experimentation
- Experience designing and running structured experiments (A/B testing) and measuring impact
- Technical literacy sufficient to discuss APIs, systems, and architecture with engineers
- Ability to translate abstract ideas into structured product requirements/specs
- Hands-on understanding of monetization and gamification mechanics
- Willingness to work in Limassol office 4 days/week (not open to B2B or remote arrangements)
- History of staying long enough at companies to build depth (not frequent job-hopping)
