About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Product Management organization and support one of ACI’s core payments platforms. In this role, you will own and prioritize the product backlog, work closely with agile development teams, and ensure continuous delivery of high‑quality product features that drive business value.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals.
• Translate product vision into clear, actionable user stories with well‑defined acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with agile teams to plan, refine, and deliver work within sprint timelines.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to provide clarity and direction.
• Balance feature delivery with quality, performance, and technical improvements.
• Support governance activities related to card network mandates (e.g., Visa, Mastercard).
• Ensure high‑quality delivery and continuous value realization.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum practices.
• Prior experience in transaction acquiring (required).
• Exposure to payments or card networks (Visa / Mastercard) is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts at a high level and translate them into business value.

Work Environment

• Hybrid working model with flexibility.
• Collaboration with global teams; occasional overlap with international time zones.
• Some travel may be required.
