The Learning Platform Product Owner is accountable for the end‑to‑end ownership of the Docebo learning ecosystem. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is responsible for shaping the product vision, managing the roadmap, and ensuring the platform delivers measurable business and learning outcomes aligned with Nokia strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Docebo learning platform across its full lifecycle, including product vision, roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, delivery, and ongoing operations, ensuring alignment with Nokia’s learning and business strategy.

  • Act as the primary functional expert for Docebo, overseeing platform configuration, feature enablement, integrations, user management, content structures, and learning workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.

  • Translate business, learning, regulatory, and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring timely and high‑quality execution that delivers measurable value.

  • Engage and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (People Organization, IT, Security, Legal, Business Units) and external vendors to manage priorities, dependencies, and expectations in a global, multi‑stakeholder environment.

  • Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization activities, balancing strategic initiatives, operational needs, and continuous improvements while applying Agile product management practices.

  • Monitor platform KPIs, user adoption, learning effectiveness, and system performance, using data, analytics, and user feedback to drive continuous optimization and informed decision‑making.

  • Ensure platform operations comply with Nokia policies, data privacy (e.g., GDPR), security standards, and audit requirements, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation actions.

  • Evaluate new Docebo capabilities, releases, and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation, automation, enhanced learner experience, actively driving platform evolution.

Qualifications

You have:

  • University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role managing enterprise learning platforms, with strong hands‑on experience in Docebo (or comparable SaaS LMS/LXP).

  • Strong understanding of Agile and product management practices, with experience working in cross‑functional, international environments.
