Key responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expert for Workday Security & HCM modules and an understanding of additional functional areas, as well as general Workday system knowledge.
- Knowledge of Workday Auditing and Compliance, particularly for JSOX and Security role audits.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially when configuring Workday and managing data.
- Ability to challenge demand requests and provide alternatives when appropriate.
- Stays up to date on Workday Releases/new features/patches, assessing their impact for dentsu and is able to advise stakeholders accordingly.
- Ensures platform compliancy.
Experience and Skills:
- Expert knowledge of Workday Security module. Strong hands-on experience with Workday Security configuration, deep knowledge of security domains and bp policies, role-based and user-based security. Understanding of segmented security and tenant-wide impacts. Understanding of privileged access and SoD (Segregation of Duties) principles
- Expert knowledge of Workday HCM modules: Position Management, Job Requisitions, Change Job, Onboarding, Eligibility Rules, Business Processes, Custom Reports and EIBs, Scheduling, Web Services. Experience of complex business processes such as Change Job.
- Experience in gathering requirements, design, configuration, and testing of Workday Security & HCM solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with the business and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust.
- Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration between Workday and other systems.
- Contributes to the development of internal tools, methodologies, and knowledge sharing initiatives to enhance the Workday platform.
- Exposure to Workday downstream integrations to ERP/CRM systems and associated challenges
- Workday Certification(s) would be preferred as well as experience of other Workday modules.
- Exposure to Integrations such as Payroll including experience of at least one end to end Workday implementation project.
- Certifications such Certified Agile Product Owner, Certified Agile Scrum Master etc.
- Experience within a large, global organization.
