ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implements and provides input to the Cards Head with regards to overall product roadmap of the Cards Business
Manages ad hoc tasks and projects assigned from time to time as needed by the business
Supports and acts as alternate for the other members of the team in the use case
Champions creation and maintenance of product reference materials such as product decks, process memos, contracts, trade letters, dashboard / reports and other supplementary product materials
Tech-Dev/Ops
- Supports Cards partner acquisition and retention by: addressing product inquiries, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions for Cards providers, and improving end-to-end partner customer experience.
- Champions enhancements to product offerings, aligning business objectives with the product development roadmap
- Works with cross-functional teams to enable customer-facing units to understand new product / process enhancements, marketing promotions, and other offline payment initiatives
- Works heavily with platforms team and CMS vendor
- Works heavily with card operations team
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong background in product or marketing
Has 3-5 years experience in cards issuing or any banking / fintech product or card management service vendor
With experience in AGILE project management
Driven and self-managed
Highly skilled in data analysis
Highly organized and high attention to detail
Proficient in Google & MS Office applications, specifically Slides/Powerpoint and Sheets/Excel; knowledge in SQL a plus
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
