Our group manages essential CI/CD pipelines for SimCorp, ensuring all code changes are built, tested, and packaged into reliable releases. The team plays a pivotal role in delivering fast, stable software releases throughout our engineering organization.

In this role, you will own the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, collaborate across teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and partner closely with stakeholders to maximize value delivery. What you will be responsible for
- Define and drive the strategic vision for CI/CD pipeline innovation
- Own and refine the product backlog, prioritizing features for maximum impact
- Act as key liaison between stakeholders, developers, and business units
- Lead feature discovery, planning, and delivery while maintaining high standards
- Share product expertise and cultivate continuous improvement
- Champion design and implementation of reliable, maintainable solutions
- Evaluate new technologies to strengthen platform capabilities
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers, stakeholders, and end-users to guide continuous product improvement.

- Familiarity with TeamCity, CakeBuild, and Microsoft Azure environments
