Role Summary
We're seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in product management, experience in development, and a passion for building high-quality products that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Vision and Strategy: Define and maintain the product vision and strategy, aligned with company goals and objectives.
2. Product Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and maintenance.
3. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and development teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
4. Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to ensure efficient and effective product development.
5. Product Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, including key milestones and deliverables.
Qualifications
1. Experience: 6-9 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years as a Product Owner and 3 years in development.
2. Technical Skills:
1. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
2. Experience with product management tools, including Jira, Asana, and Trello.
3. Familiarity with development languages and technologies.
3. Soft Skills:
1. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
3. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
Preferred
1. Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CPO), or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).
2. Experience with Other Methodologies: Familiarity with other Agile methodologies, including Lean and Extreme Programming (XP).
