Your Day to Day
As a Product Owner you would be working on:
Product vision - Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the go-to-market motions of our voice platform.
Product requirements - Collaborate closely with Contact Center and our GoTo product teams stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and marketing teams, to gather requirements, understand user needs, and translate them into clear product requirements.
Product Analysis - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation in the UC space (Voice features, Reporting, APIs).
Product performance - Monitor product performance, conduct data analysis, and utilize key metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the product.
What We’re Looking For
As a Product Owner, your background will look like
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on VoIP platform and relevant features
- Strong understanding of development processes and methodologies, particularly in an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze user requirements, translating them into clear product specifications.
- Experience in defining and executing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and managing product backlogs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and the ability to work closely with designers to create compelling user experiences.
- Knowledge of the SIP protocol and related technologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
