Your Role
- Experience in embedded SW development and managing Embedded programs
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and technical requirements
- Familiarity with industry standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, etc) and regulations.
- Understanding of quality assurance processes
- Define and maintain product backlogs
- Experience in concept-to-production development process
- Good product management in Automotive domain
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Good Analytical, problem solving, interpersonal skilla with effective communication and presentation ability.
- Defining timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for automotive projects.
- Identifying and mitigating risks in product development
- Working effectively with international teams, often across time zones and cultures
- Strong interpersonal skills for understanding and managing team dynamics
- Staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in the automotive sector.
- Experience in configuration management
