Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a passion and focus on building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and ship products that solve real problems for our valued customers. The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading the agile products process and own the product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation.
Job Responsibilities
- Build/collaborate on a strategic product roadmap that aligns with the Nawy's strategy.
- Own product roadmap, including product development, progress and innovation
- Speak/collect business requirements/feedback from stakeholders.
- Work closely with development and design teams to properly build key features.
- Analyze and troubleshoot the right problems/opportunities.
- Run A/B testing experiments and pilot features.
- Explore/validate feature success metrics.
- Prioritize features and corresponding justification.
- Deliver quality features and products within the expected timeline
- Run daily/weekly agile meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or any field is eligible.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Product Management
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
- Proven experience in shipping the right features or products.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Willing to learn new product management skills and techniques.
- Experience working with agile teams.
