What You Will Be Doing:

The Product Owner will drive the development and continuous improvement of TransPerfect’s vendor management software. This role demands strong product management expertise and exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Product Owner will ensure product roadmap and strategy align seamlessly with the business goals while fostering team integration and product cohesion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication and collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and deliverables
• Translate requirements of the business into a clear format that drives system capabilities
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date and reflects the current business priorities
• Serve as the primary point of contact to the stakeholders and development teams
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure projects are prioritized and organized according to strategic goals and objectives;
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the product lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Work closely with development teams to translate product requirements into actionable tasks
• Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to senior management and key stakeholders

Who We Are Looking For:

Your experience includes:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technologies or related field
• Product ownership and management experience, with a demonstrable track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Excellent ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Experience working closely with software development teams, demonstrating a strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies
