Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to drive the development and optimization of AI-driven productivity applications that will help scale our business efficiency. This role is critical to achieving our strategic financial goals  by leveraging AI, automation, and workflow optimization tools.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of process analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder collaboration. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, software developers, and business leaders, to implement high-impact productivity solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with executives to understand their vision, needs and translate them into a compelling product roadmap.
  • Define, prioritize, and execute the roadmap for internal AI-driven productivity applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workflow inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and AI-enhanced tools that can drive significant productivity improvements.
  • Lead the requirement gathering process, translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories and specifications.
  • Partner with AI engineers, RPA developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver automation solutions that streamline internal processes.
  • Continuously measure and track productivity KPIs, ensuring that initiatives contribute to the overarching revenue growth target.
  • Manage the product backlog, making data-driven prioritization decisions to maximize impact.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, automation, and enterprise productivity tools, ensuring our technology stack remains competitive.
  • Lead change management efforts by driving user adoption and training initiatives for new productivity tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a product ownership role, with prior experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of AI, RPA and/or workflow automation technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise productivity solutions that drive measurable efficiency improvements.
  • Experience working in agile development environments, managing backlogs, and writing user stories.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business processes and recommend data-driven automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in a B2B or enterprise SaaS environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in pharmaceutical, media, or communication industries.
  • Certifications such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).
  • Proven track record of achieving productivity gains and cost savings through automation and digital transformation.
  • Experience with Salesforce Automation and CRM tools.
