As a Product Owner- Scheduling, you will
- Research and analyze market, customer use cases, and competitor products to identify problems and business needs.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers to understand, prioritize, and communicate needs to ensure full understanding of project scope and requirements.
- Translate business needs and use cases into executable product requirements and user stories for the development team.
- Be responsible for the product backlog grooming, clearly expressing the product backlog items, and prioritizing the items to best achieve our product goals within a scrum framework
- Define the user story acceptance criteria and ensure “definition of done” is aligned with the development team
- Coordinate product release and launch activities with Product Marketing
- Other duties include scheduling and leading meetings to identify product issues, managing product roadmaps, and completing daily goals and schedules to meet project deadlines.
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Product Owner.
- Must be able to demonstrate strong analytical and product management skills.
- Experience interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application requirements.
- Exhibit strong oral, written, and reasoning abilities.
- Agile & Scrum process experience.
- Experience working in HR Tech is a plus!
