The Opportunity:
Dialexa is looking for a product manager to join our growing team of product management consultants. As a product manager, you will guide multidisciplinary product development teams throughout the product’s lifecycle through your ability to build and launch technology products that create business value for our clients. You can create and manage a product roadmap and backlog. You can also provide delivery management services when needed working with a team to plan and deliver high-quality products. You can quickly get up to speed on new industries and technologies through business analysis and market research, and can translate business product goals into actionable steps for the multidisciplinary team. What You’ll Do:
- Assist with market research and competitive analysis to understand problem space for the clients, define potential measures for success, and propose potential experiments.
- Lead product workshops on consulting engagements to help Dialexa clients identify, build, and improve technology products that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between the client, the product’s users and the delivery teams to ensure the team is aligned on the product’s vision, goals, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with clients to prioritize work, explain the balance between business value and technical capabilities, and enable trade-off decisions with data.
- Create and manage product roadmap and backlog including facilitation of refinement sessions.
- Help build Dialexa’s product management capability through development of practices and thought leadership.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of product delivery experience with 3+ years experience in a product owner/ manager role building and launching B2B and/or B2C digital products.
- Consulting experience and experience working in "AI, product led growth, product ops is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing a pragmatic approach for taking products from concept to customers across an industry.
- Experience working and collaborating with design and development teams who use Agile, Scrum or other iterative software development methodology.
- Experience creating product roadmaps, backlogs and delivery plans including tracking progress, and identifying key risks and dependencies.
- Ability to understand product goals, usage and identify opportunities to drive high-impact changes and improvements to the product. Demonstrated knowledge in setting & monitoring KPIs, A/B testing, growth marketing, user testing, cohort analysis and other analytical frameworks. You are also able to tie all this information together, make informed product decisions and prioritize product(s) features.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, business acumen and the ability to synthesize and present to executive-level audiences in order to facilitate efficient decision-making among stakeholders.
- Experience estimating work effort, managing scope and defining timelines for all new product development initiatives.
Location Details:
Open to work-from-home/remote in eligible locations in the United States, with some travel required as determined by business needs.
Dialexa does not hire outside of the contiguous United States.
Travel Requirements:
Remote workers should anticipate having to attend certain meetings and/or events in person as dictated by the client or management. We believe in-person interactions are extremely important, especially in the remote environment we now live in, so we expect employees to attend annual company events in person.
Business Hours:
Employees must be available and engaged in work activities during the schedule determined by management (“designated working hours”) during the five-day work week, regardless of their time zone. They should ensure their schedules overlap with those of their team members and the client for as long as is necessary to complete their job duties effectively.
The actual salary offered will depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.

Dialexa Product Owner Pay Range
$88,000—$125,000 USD
