We are looking for a Product Owner who combines strong execution, product judgment, and collaboration to deliver high-quality enterprise products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments, enjoys solving customer and business problems, and can translate product strategy into successful execution.
Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Business Analysts, PMO, Testing, Validation, and business stakeholders, you will own the delivery of one or more enterprise products or capabilities while ensuring every release delivers measurable customer and business value.
What You Will Be Doing
Product Ownership & Delivery
- Own the product backlog, prioritization, and release planning for one or more enterprise products or capabilities.
- Translate product strategy, business objectives, and customer needs into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Make day-to-day prioritization decisions that balance customer value, business priorities, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead products through the delivery lifecycle, partnering closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Architecture, UX, Business Analysts, Testing, Validation, PMO, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams to remove delivery risks and accelerate execution.
- Ensure requirements are well understood, refined, and ready for development.
- Support product demonstrations, user acceptance activities, and release readiness.
Product Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support product adoption by working closely with business stakeholders during rollout and change activities.
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve usability, and increase operational efficiency through technology and automation.
What We're Looking For
- 7–10 years of overall experience, including 3–6 years in Product Ownership, Product Management, or a closely related product role.
- Experience delivering enterprise software, SaaS platforms, workflow products, or business-critical technology solutions.
- Strong experience managing product backlogs, prioritization, release planning, and Agile delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound product decisions and manage trade-offs in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience partnering closely with engineering teams throughout discovery, development, testing, release, and adoption.
- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, integrations, APIs, automation, and modern software delivery practices.
- Ability to mentor 3-4 junior BAs and support in hiring good BA talent.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive execution with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
- CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent Product Owner certification is a plus.
- Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Clinical Research, CRO, HealthTech, MedTech, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
