We're looking for an experienced, senior Product Owner who owns the backlog end-to-end and is genuinely excited to build solutions. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of hands-on PO experience, thrives on ambiguity, and has real enthusiasm for using AI in their day-to-day work — with an open, curious mindset toward learning new tools and ways of working.

Only candidates currently residing in Gurugram, or those willing to relocate, will be considered

DTC mobile experience highly preferred for this role

Responsibilities

• Own and Manage the Product Backlog: Define, groom, and prioritize a well-structured backlog for your product area, ensuring alignment with clinical needs, regulatory requirements, and business strategy. ensuring every item is clearly tied to product vision and business objectives.

• Prioritize with Judgment: Balance features, enhancements, bug fixes, and technical debt, and communicate the prioritization rationale transparently to stakeholders and the dev team.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage regularly with stakeholders and customers to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and translate needs into clear, actionable backlog items.

• Acceptance Criteria & Quality: Write precise, testable acceptance criteria and partner with engineering to make sure delivered work meets agreed standards before release.

• Drive Iteration Planning: Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning, staying available throughout the sprint to resolve ambiguity and keep the team unblocked.

• Monitor Progress & Data: Track sprint and release progress, monitor product metrics, and use data to identify when priorities need to shift — adjusting quickly and proactively.

• Champion AI-Powered Ways of Working: Bring enthusiasm for AI tools into daily workflows — from research and documentation to experimentation — and encourage the team to explore new AI-driven solutions.

• Team Support & Communication: Act as a trusted liaison between engineering and the rest of the organization, communicating clearly and helping resolve impediments.

• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure delivered features comply with organizational policies and provide accurate, timely status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a related role, with a track record of owning a backlog end-to-end.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and comfort adapting frameworks to context.

• Genuine enthusiasm for building solutions — energized by solving real user and business problems, not just process.

• Enthusiastic about AI and using AI tools in everyday work, with an open mind and eagerness to keep learning new tools and techniques.

• Solid grasp of technical fundamentals: SDLC, APIs, basic system architecture, and CI/CD awareness — enough to ask sharp questions and evaluate trade-offs with engineering.

• Comfortable with data: reading dashboards and KPIs, interpreting A/B test results, and using data to guide prioritization.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical detail for business stakeholders and vice versa.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.

Skills Required
