You are a supporter of change by shaping a clear product direction, working closely with stakeholders, and guiding the team towards outcomes that make a meaningful difference for customers and the organisation.

Your impact at NN: what you'll do

In this role, you will maximise the value of the solutions created by your team. You will own and communicate the product roadmap, manage a transparent and prioritised backlog, and coordinate the development and release of new functionalities. By connecting customer insights, stakeholder expectations and business goals, you will ensure the team focuses on delivering measurable value.

Key responsibilities
  • Create, maintain and communicate the team roadmap in close cooperation with the Chief Product Owner, ensuring alignment with broader business and product objectives.

  • Own and manage the product backlog, making sure that backlog items, epics and sub-initiatives are clearly defined, prioritised and ready for development.

  • Use customer feedback, stakeholder input and experimentation to validate product hypotheses and ensure solutions address real customer needs.

  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of new functionalities, including dependencies across teams, products, suppliers and external partners.

  • Organise and facilitate regular Sprint Reviews and product demonstrations to gather feedback, measure progress and improve future deliveries.

  • Define the Product Goal and ensure the team remains focused on delivering outcomes aligned with business priorities.

  • Ensure successful implementation and adoption of new functionalities by coordinating stakeholders and supporting release readiness.

Who you'll work with

You will join a multidisciplinary product environment where collaboration is key. You will work closely with colleagues from AI, UX, Design, Engineering, Content and Business teams, as well as stakeholders across different levels of the organisation. You will also collaborate with external technology partners, data providers and owners of systems supporting business processes, including ATS platforms and related ecosystems. Together, you will create products that generate measurable value for both customers and the organisation.
