What We'll Bring:

At TransUnion, we strive to build an environment where our associates are in the driver’s seat of their professional development, while having access to help along the way. We encourage everyone to pursue passions and take ownership of their careers. With the support of colleagues and mentors, our associates are given the tools needed to get where they want to go. Regardless of job titles, our associates have the opportunity to learn new things and be a leader every day.
Come be a part of our team – you’ll work with great people, pioneering products and cutting-edge technology.
Consumer Insights powers the TruAudience platform, helping top brands, retailers, and media companies turn data into confident, high-impact decisions that support marketing strategies. As Product Owner, you’ll turn strategy into action—translating the vision and priorities from the Product Manager into tangible, high impact outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years in Product Ownership or Product Management within a SaaS environment, working with cross-functional agile teams.
  • Proficiency with Agile and backlog tools (Jira, Confluence); skilled at writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Demonstrated data fluency, able to interpret analytics and customer feedback to drive prioritization and measure outcomes.
  • Experience in B2B marketing/MarTech or data-centric products; ability to navigate fast-paced, highly matrixed environments.

We’re also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we’re happy to support your development in:

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification and familiarity with Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
  • Experience with one or more of: audience segmentation and activation, identity resolution/onboarding, advertising platforms/DSPs, or marketing analytics.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Organized, solution-oriented mindset with strong execution discipline.

Impact You'll Make:

Backlog, Delivery & Outcomes

  • Own and continuously refine the team backlog; translate vision into user stories and acceptance criteria that maximize business value.
  • Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; ensure delivery quality and “definition of done” adherence.
  • Define and track product outcomes and team KPIs (e.g., feature adoption, time-to-value, cycle time, escaped defects) to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder & Customer Collaboration

  •  Partner daily with Product Management, Engineering, UX, QA, Analytics, and Client Success to align priorities, remove blockers, and validate solutions.
  • Represent the end-user perspective in discovery, design, and implementation; conduct or support UAT and usability validation.
  • Triage product inquiries and enhancement requests with Client Success; convert feedback and data into backlog items.

Quality, Readiness & Improvements

  • Drive release readiness: release timelines, author release notes, support documentation, and enablement materials.
  • Facilitate release audits and ensure adherence to internal standards and privacy-first practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance delivery flow, cross-functional collaboration, and product quality.

Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with applicable law, including the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and the California Fair Chance Act.

Adherence to Company policies, sound judgment and trustworthiness, working safely, communicating respectfully, and safeguarding business operations, confidential and proprietary information, and the Company’s reputation are also essential expectations of this position.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Benefits:
