The Role
We are looking for a well-rounded Product Manager to join our team. This role will suit someone who thrives on shaping product vision, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps, and ensuring delivery of measurable business value.
You'll lead initiatives that automate processes and improve scalability and efficiency across the platform.
You will lead initiatives that optimise operations, transform complex workflows into intelligent solutions, and unlock greater speed, scalability, and resilience across the platform.
While technical understanding is important, you will also need to demonstrate a clear focus on outcomes, customer impact, and value delivery. You'll balance commercial, operational, and technical considerations to ensure the platform evolves in line with business goals.
Working within a cross-functional agile team, you'll collaborate with engineers, designers, business stakeholders, and operations to deliver solutions that are resilient, efficient, and adopted smoothly across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

• Shape and own the product vision and roadmap, aligning with business strategy and advisor/investor needs.
• Prioritise the backlog based on value, risk, and impact, ensuring focus on high-value outcomes.
• Drive automation and efficiency, help redefine processes that are overly reliant on people and manual tasks, building technology solutions to automate and enable scale.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, define clear acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment across business and technology.
• Measure success through data, setting clear OKRs and tracking delivery against agreed outcomes.
• Champion adoption of changes across internal teams and external clients, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum impact.
• Partner with engineering team to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with platform standards.

What We're Looking For

• 3-6 years' experience in product ownership or product management roles, ideally within fintech, investment platforms, or financial services.
• Proven experience owning a product roadmap and leading delivery in an agile environment.
• Strong product management skills: vision-setting, discovery, prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and outcome focus.
• Solid understanding of technology, data flows and operations; able to translate complex technical problems into business value.
• Commercial acumen with experience balancing customer needs, cost efficiency, and strategic objectives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to engage credibly with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Familiarity with modern platform concepts (APIs, micro-services, cloud-native design) is useful, but you will be judged on your ability to deliver value and outcomes, not on being the most technical person in the room.
• Collaborate with engineering team to ensure solutions are designed with scalability, reusability, and cost optimization in mind.
