We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Intern to support our Human Resources team in managing and analyzing HR data. This role offers hands-on experience with HR information systems, data collection, and reporting processes that influence strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, process, and track internal and external data from industry reports, public sources, and purchased databases.
Analyze HR data and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
Prepare reports summarizing analysis and provide recommendations that support business, financial, or legal decisions.
