YOUR NEW ROLE:

We are looking for a Digital Product Owner to join our Digital Product team at Mango.

 

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the development of your digital product domain and organize priorities with a 6-month focus, communicating MANGO’s priorities, customer needs, and prioritization rationale to the team and stakeholders.

  • Define business-impacting initiatives that demonstrate your online knowledge, ensuring they are well-executed and delivered within planned timelines.

  • Lead discovery sessions to identify problems or opportunities and define solutions with coherent and realistic delivery plans, aligning the team around specific objectives.

  • Extract insights from customer feedback and turn them into actionable items and/or digital product decisions.

  • Define roadmaps with specific, coherent, and achievable delivery plans (3–6 months).

  • Define scope, priorities, and the timelines for definition, design, and development, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met collaboratively with your team, stakeholders, and other departments through clear and effective communication.

  • Define the necessary resources for each initiative, considering the scope and quality to ensure proper execution within the established timeframe.

  • Define QA scenarios and coverage together with the QA analyst, designer, developers, and other departments, and take responsibility for ensuring what is implemented in production works correctly, aligns with what you defined, has stakeholder approval, and meets the established quality standards.

 

ABOUT YOU:

  • Over 3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in eCommerce or tech companies.

  • Proven track record of launching more than two initiatives simultaneously within a single quarter, using iterative execution.

  • Experience working with tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, Jira & Confluence, Miro, Figma, MSFT, or similar.

  • Ability to understand the technical architecture of your domain and engage in technical discussions.

  • Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and experience managing digital projects.
