Job DescriptionSalesforce deployment requires Product Owners capable of facilitating business workshops, structuring a backlog and supporting users throughout the full cycle, from change management to go-live. This role targets a confirmed Salesforce PO.
💡 YOUR MISSIONS
As a Salesforce Product Owner (M/F), you operate across the full Salesforce project cycle, from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and challenge business needs
- Formalise requirements as User Stories and maintain the product backlog
- Propose functional solutions suited to integration teams
- Ensure change management (training, communication, user support)
- Provide an advisory role to stakeholders
- Participate in testing phases, data migration and go-live deployments
- Manage priorities and organise the product backlog
- Actively contribute to overall project management
- You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school.
- Proficiency in at least two Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) (mandatory).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in creating and managing backlogs (Epics, User Stories).
- Ability to model and present business processes, particularly related to customer relationship management.
- Experience in change management (training materials, communications, user support). Professional English level (mandatory).

Skills Required
