As Product Owner - PSPV within our Digital team, you will be committed to providing the next-generation healthcare that patients and customers need. At Sanofi, we're transforming how we bring medicines to patients faster while improving operational efficiency and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The Digital Launch & Market Product team (LMP) is one of the key vertical towers within Digital R&D, including product line teams serving global Regulatory Affairs (GRA), Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance (PSPV), R&D CMO/Medical, and other domains. We focus on delivery of innovative digital products to support and accelerate product launches, reducing cycle times to bring medicines to patients faster.

This position operates within the Digital Launch & Market Product (LMP) - Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance (PSPV) Product Line, whose mission is to help improve Patient Safety with AI and automation-enabled digital solutions. As Digital Product Owner, you will be accountable to define strategy and roadmap, drive delivery and management, and measure value and impact of the digital product.

Main Responsibilities

Product Vision:

  • Set and communicate - the vision for the product, working closely with Digital and Business Leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Ensure vision is aligned with Company strategic direction.

  • Manage strong relationships and partnerships with Digital R&D verticals and across Business functions, that interact with Portfolio management and decision-making.

  • Stay current in industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Product management.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement using AI and automation.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the product team

Product Delivery:

  • Define clear and actionable goals to deliver incremental value.

  • Lead delivery of Product from conception, MVP(minimum viable product) through continuous improvements.

  • Define, implement and lead Governance around the Digital Product - to ensure best practices are followed, prioritizations aligned, value realized, risks managed.

  • Ensure collaboration with the architecture, Digital Data and AI, and digital R&D Data Product and Platform teams

  • Ensure Agile framework and methodologies are followed, to deliver incremental value.

  • Manage backlog prioritization, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term goals and breakthrough ideas.

  • Champion modern AI tooling to accelerate design, testing, and iteration.

Product Value:

  • Ensure AI-driven insights, automated workflows are integrated in the product and aligns with user journey – data, process, people.

  • Drive user adoption by delivering intuitive, user-centric solutions. Gathering regular feedback, monitoring usage metrics, user satisfaction.

  • Ensure each sprint delivers measurable improvements to cycle times, internal productivity, quality and compliance, user experience.

  • Deliver Continuous improvement in changing digital landscape, regulatory requirements and business strategy.

  • Demonstrate product value through measurable use cases

 

 

About You

Education & Experience:

  • 8+ of experience working in Digital or IT Product delivery or product ownership or product management experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM related field. Master degree is a nice to have.

  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of pharmaceutical Drug lifecycle, R&D value chain.

  • technical expertise in the Pharmacovigilance ( PV) domain with particular emphasis on Safety Reporting, Compliance and Quality Monitoring, is a strong plus.

  • Experience of software development in a GxP regulated environment is a strong plus.

Key skills:

  • Expertise in leading cross-functional teams to create Digital Strategies and Implementation roadmaps. Distinctive focus on solution objectives and application of product methodologies

  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions, with a strong business and technical acumen

  • Experienced in complex solution implementation & delivery in agile.

  • Demonstrated track record of designing, developing, and delivering transformative digital products – particularly in the AI space is a strong plus.

  • Demonstrated strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and customer service mindset

  • Demonstrated conflict resolution & problem-solving skills in a global & matrix environment

  • Strong technical/functional background, with the ability to understand and communicate complex functional/technical concepts.

  • Solid knowledge and experience of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration

The salary range for this position is:

$113.250,00 - $163.583,33
