Main Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, needs, and pain points through direct feedback, research, and behavioral analysis.
- Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements and user-focused improvements that drive long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Leverage data from multiple sources to make informed product decisions, prioritize development efforts, and resolve performance or usability issues.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as churn, retention, and user engagement, to measure product success and identify areas for growth.
- Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize user experience and conversion.
- Act as the primary link between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring shared understanding of goals, priorities, and product direction.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and changes clearly and regularly to internal teams and leadership, building alignment and trust across departments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including marketing, engineering, data, and design — to ensure cohesive execution and successful product delivery.
- Lead the Agile process within the team, keeping workflows focused, adaptive, and aligned with business objectives.
- Own the product roadmap and backlog, turning strategic goals into actionable initiatives and features.
Core Requirements
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong ability to understand user needs, gather insights, and turn them into impactful product features.
- Data-Driven Approach: Skilled in analyzing product metrics, running A/B tests, and making decisions based on data.
- Excellent Communication: Clear communicator with experience aligning stakeholders and collaborating across marketing, engineering, and design.
- Agile Experience: Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience leading product development cycles.
- Strategic Thinking & Ownership: Ability to connect product work with business goals, prioritize effectively, and take full ownership of the product roadmap.
- Fluency in English: Able to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken English.
- Technical Education (a plus): Background in a technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering) is considered a strong advantage.
Salary Range
- Monthly gross salary from 4700 - 6700 EUR.
