Job Details
The user experience is an integral component to any technology rollout, especially when integrating newly acquired entities into Cencora's IT environment. The OCM Lead role is uniquely focused on the user experience, working with project management and technical resources alongside key stakeholders in the acquired entities to ensure a seamless transition to Cencora.
Responsibilities:
- Lead OCM-related activities during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Identify key stakeholders within the business
- Identify or develop means of communicating with users in the target businesses, both formal (email, newsletters, intranet) and informal (IM chats, "water cooler" conversations)
- Use or develop change champion communities to assist with change within the target businesses
- Develop and socialize OCM and communications plans
- Develop all project-related end user communications, including: Emails ,Intranet articles, PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders
- Lead end user training sessions, where appropriate, to help ensure that users are fully aware and able to complete required activities
- Develop all aspects of end user facing instructional and support content, including but not limited to: Written step-by-step job aids and work instructions , SharePoint sites ,FAQs , PowerPoint-based instructional presentations , ServiceNow knowledge articles ,Talking points for leaders and change champions.
- Work closely with: Infrastructure teams, Security teams , Identity & Access Management (IAM), Project managers.
Work Experience:
- Deep knowledge of leading OCM methodologies, including Prosci ADKAR, Lewin, McKinsey 7-S. Certification in one or more is a significant plus.
- Experience working in a global, multi-country, multi-language environment, including managing translations of written materials
- Experience with merger and acquisition IT integration
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, especially relating to Microsoft M365, Windows endpoints, active directory identity and access management, basic information security relating to users and endpoints
- Strong Microsoft Office/M365 skills, especially Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook
- Experience with ServiceNow incident, request, and knowledge
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Verbal, both one-on-one or presenting to groups
- Written, both informative (emails and intranet articles) and instructive (work instructions and job aids).
Salary: 3,819.51 - 5,456.44 eur gross/month
