Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of the system implementation, aligning with business goals
- Implement change management strategies to facilitate seamless adoption and low resistance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure project alignment and support.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement to ensure buy-in and support across all levels
- Coordinate and deliver training programs and materials to prepare end-users for adoption.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implementation and adoption, adjusting as needed.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide preparation and deliver of regular updates and reports to senior leadership and country project leads related to project progress, adoption status, and change management outcomes.
- Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and share recommendations
- Ensure third party suppliers used are set up by finance and monitor they paid on time.
- Own preparing change requests, evaluate of resource/time/finance impact for timely submission
- Facilitate simple feedback loops to identify process improvement opportunities
- Ensure review meetings have a clear agenda and minutes / actions / action owners are captured
- Collaborate with action owners to ensure business actions are progressed and actioned
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Change Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PROSCI, PMP) are highly desirable.
Work Experience:
- Hands-on experience in implementation management, with a focus on PO systems and change management.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and/or change management/process improvement in complex, cross-functional environments.
Skills and knowledge:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous.
- Confident user of Microsoft Teams & Outlook applications
- Able to explain and present work in a simple, clear, and concise matter
- Proficient in project management and change management tools and software - desirable.
It's a fix-term contract for 12 months.
