Define & Uphold Product Vision

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap tailored to the needs of overseas Filipinos.

  • Take part in translating strategic goals into detailed, actionable plans that drive financial inclusion.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor products to proactively identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations that can enhance financial inclusion for overseas Filipinos.

Develop and Deliver Projects

  • Utilize JIRA to effectively track and manage project tasks, user stories, and issues.

  • Create, refine, and prioritize user stories, features, and epics to address the specific challenges of overseas Filipinos.

  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog in alignment with Agile principles.

  • Work closely with development, QA, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams to achieve project objectives and enhance financial inclusion efforts.

Analyze and Track Product Performance

  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact on financial inclusion.

  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrates passion for financial inclusion and a commitment to continuous learning.

  • Proficient in Google and MS Office applications

  • Experience in Agile project management, proficiency in JIRA or other project management tools, understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus
