The Product Owner for Gamification collaborates with the team to implement new gamification capabilities and technologies in an Agile environment.
Product Strategy and Execution
● Works with the product owner and various stakeholders within Marketing to build the product roadmap, by building on actionable insights and industry knowledge
● Attends daily scrum activities, such as daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives, and drives the delivery team to ensure the timely delivery of
product builds
Qualifications
● At least 2-3 years experience in product delivery and project management
● With a proven track record of being able to deliver customer-facing features through Agile methodologies
● Demonstrates a level of curiosity that allows you to know your product inside and out
● An agile leader, capable of adapting to diverse personalities and difficult situations
● You have a strong written and oral communication skills and is able to keep orderly records of progress, insights, and updates
● Familiarity of payment solutions and marketing technologies within a Fintech application is a plus
● Works with the product owner, technology team, and marketing team to define end-to-end product readiness from conceptualization, product design and solutioning,
commercial launch and monitoring
● Responsible for communicating with other Product Leads regarding synergies and needed support
● Helps anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
