ABOUT YOU
Our In-Game Store (IGS) is an operational eCommerce platform used by 1,000+ B2B clients worldwide. As part of our expansion, we’re looking for a Product Owner who will take ownership of specific product areas, drive features end-to-end, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams.
You will collaborate with the current IGS Product Manager, a dedicated engineering team of 5 developers + Tech Lead, and shared teams including design, research, analytics, legal, tech writers, PMO, and client-facing teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for your domain within the IGS platform, balancing client needs, technical debt, and strategic business objectives
- Author detailed technical specifications for APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and web interfaces, partnering with engineering on architecture decisions
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog using data-driven frameworks; make trade-off decisions between competing priorities
- Lead sprint planning, refinement sessions, and retrospectives with a dedicated engineering team (5 developers + Tech Lead)
- Work directly with enterprise gaming clients on integration requirements, customization needs, and feedback loops
- Define, track, and analyze product metrics (ARPU, conversion rates, retention) using A/B testing and analytics tools
- Translate business problems into technical requirements by applying understanding of game economies, player psychology, or eCommerce conversion optimization
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including design, analytics, legal, technical writers, and client-facing teams
- Monitor in-game economy trends, eCommerce best practices, and competitive offerings to inform product strategy
- Deliver features that meet gaming industry standards and drive measurable impact on monetization and user experience
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or LiveOps (gaming/eCommerce)
- Hands-on product experience in gaming (LiveOps, in-game monetization, game economy) or eCommerce platforms (checkout flows, payment systems, catalog management)
- Understanding of in‑game economy and monetization
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and basic architecture
- Strong communication and prioritization skills
- Ability to work with data and navigate ambiguity
- Fluent English
- B2B/B2B2C product experience
- LiveOps or mobile monetization background
- Financial modeling
- Experience creating KPI frameworks
- Experience working with Confluence, Jira, Slack, Productboard, API & SDK documentation, analytics tools
