Job TitleProduct Owner – Frontend Design SystemJob DescriptionAs part of the Engineering Journey, you’ll help shape how 8,000+ engineers design, build, and collaborate every day. We’re building a scalable, consistent, and developer friendly platform, Nexa, and an ecosystem around it. If you enjoy working in a complex engineering landscape, influencing how thousands of developers work, and owning a product that truly matters, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.
You & your roleOur Area consists of eight squads. We’re looking for a Product Owner to take ownership of the Frontend Design System within Nexa. As Product Owner, you ensure there’s a structured and reusable collection of design standards and implementation components that help all to build consistent, accessible, and scalable user interfaces within Nexa. You think in terms of value and outcomes, not just features, and you set clear priorities that help the team focus. Your product strategy turns fragmented interfaces and styles into a coherent, reusable, and enterprise-ready design system. You accelerate developer experience, increase predictability, and strengthen UX consistency, laying the foundation for the Internal eco-system of the future.
Accelerate UI consistency & delivery: Design and deliver a modular component framework that enables engineering teams to build interface elements 50–70% faster.
Drive design & engineering alignment: Collaborate with design, platform teams, and developer communities to create a shared visual and interaction system.
Optimize through insights: Analyze usage data, design reviews, usability feedback, and adoption metrics to reduce design debt and improve UX consistency.
