The Opportunity:
CACI’s Radar and Sensor Technologies group is seeking a talented Product Owner to lead our DevSecOps and SysAdmin team supporting one of our primary programs working with the US Government to build, maintain, and improve multiple complex environments. In this position, you will lead the Agile scrum team and be the foundation for our software programs ensuring systems function as expected to keep our nation safe. Our ideal candidate is a hard-charging platform engineer familiar with Agile processes that can learn quickly. You should have a strong understanding of IaC, containerization, automated test, and deployment pipelines to evolve our existing software infrastructure and architecture.
The position is onsite in Ypsilanti, Michigan, or Chantilly, VA.
This work requires candidates to be a US citizen holding a TS/SCI Poly.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee an Agile scrum team of 5-10 contributors.
- Build a vision for our platform currently and in the future, including identifying opportunities for resiliency and platform flexibility.
- Drive the Agile cadence including writing Feature acceptance criteria and descriptions, monitor progress, and troubleshoot as needed.
- Present to customer efficiently and at the appropriate technical level.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of comprehensive CICD pipelines with seamless automation and reduced build times.
- Deploy/troubleshoot in Cloud environments (prefer AWS) and instances.
- Effective at cross-organizational communication with the ability to work well in a small team.
- Mentor junior developers and foster their professional growth; design organizational and programmatic best practices for CI/CD and automated testing.
- Work within a team environment to advance large software development packages by taking on and completing tasks independently.
Qualifications:
Required:
- US citizenship with an active TS/SCI Poly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technology fields or 5 years of professional experience.
- IAT Level II or III certification (i.e. Security+, CISSP, or CASP).
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Ansible, and/or Helm.
- Experience navigating Linux systems.
- Experience deploying in AWS environment.
- Familiarity with government requirements for DevSecOps and regulations for code deployments.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Desired:
- Experience with software programs in operations.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with virtual teams.
- Professional experience in radar or electro-optical fields.
- Experience in the operational deployment of multi-product baselines and functionality.
- Version control experience in Git (GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket).

The proposed salary range for this position is:
