The integrated planning approach of our software products ranges from the long-term optimization of network structures to the short-term optimization of transportation capacity utilization.
4flow vista® helps planners and logistics experts improve network resilience and agility while maintaining service levels and minimizing total costs. It uses algorithms developed in-house for holistic optimization using a variety of parameters, enabling faster run times.
What your new challenge will look like:
As a Product Owner (d/f/m) for our cross-functional 4flow vista® development team, your responsibilities include:
Shaping the 4flow software solutions and roadmap together with the product manager.
Evaluating customer requirements, design and specify software features to fulfill these requirements and ensure a smooth rollout.
Guiding the development team: function as point of contact regarding technical topics and become the interface between product management and development.
Prioritizing product backlog and visualizing user journey through user story mapping.
Act as interface between our external partners and internal stakeholders (e.g. Key Account Management, Product Management, Software Engineering/ Development).
Building a deep knowledge of the 4flow software system landscape and the related logistic processes to use this as a basis for the design of new software functions and components.
Aligning with other product owners on solutions across different development teams.
Exchanging directly with customers to understand their software requirements, needs and wishes-
Supporting sales and presales activities.
Why you belong at 4flow:
You completed your studies in (business) informatics or an equivalent field of study (MINT).
You have earned at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in the area of partner management
Very good English proficiency for communication with our international colleagues.
