What You'll Bring:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product owner ideally with a focus on global platforms and customer portals.
- Proven track record of launching successful, scalable technology products.
- Strong understanding of identity access management, building customer portals, and UI/UX best practices as it relates to user/customer configuration, pricing, and billing, including technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate with engineering teams and end users
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Strategic thinker with strong bias for action
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Impact You'll Make:
- Strategy & Execution: Align our platform and portal strategy with execution, ensuring the user story backlog is prioritized, refined, and aligned with key initiatives and features.
- User Story Creation: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements as detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the liaison between the development team and external stakeholders, ensuring open communication channels and clear expectations.
- Agile Expertise: Champion agile practices across the product team, ensuring efficient and effective product development cycles.
- As Product Owner for our Platform Foundations team, you will leverage your experience & expertise in platform technologies and customer portals to work closely with your scrum teams ensuring prioritization and alignment.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
