Product Owner (Authentication)

RecargaPay is transforming the way both banked and unbanked Brazilians make their daily payments and access their financial services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the development of authentication solutions for applications, ensuring a secure and efficient onboarding experience.
• Work closely with development teams to define and prioritize product requirements related to authentication.
• Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions about improvements and new features.
• Implement robust and innovative authentication processes, ensuring compliance with security best practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align authentication solutions with business and user needs.
• Monitor and report product performance metrics, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Stay updated on trends and advancements in authentication and digital security.

• Experience as a Product, preferably in application authentication projects.
• Solid knowledge of authentication processes and digital security, including user onboarding.
• Experience in software development, with an understanding of the product development lifecycle stages.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data using SQL Server.
• Analytical and results-oriented profile, with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Experience with user account management and its domains (essential);
• Mastery of security tools such as Multi-Factor Authentication, SSO, Device Fingerprint, Biometric Authentication (Selfie + Documents), Behavior Analytics.
