Define the company-wide automation strategy, operating model, governance, architecture, security, observability, and lifecycle standards. Design and implement production-grade AI agents, RAG workflows, integrations, RPA solutions, and scalable AWS deployments while remaining hands-on with coding, reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
