Leads the technical execution, governance, development, integration, security, reliability, and evolution of SAP S/4HANA and corporate systems. Operate CRM platforms, conduct A/B testing, analyze KPIs and OKRs, and use AI to deepen analysis, automate workflows, and build scalable CRM agents.
