You are an experienced Product Owner who connects business objectives with technological innovation. who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering measurable outcomes.

You'll own the end-to-end technology roadmap for Asset Management Services (AMS) and Onboard Finance at McMillan Shakespeare Group..

This is a highly visible, business-facing role where you'll shape demand, make priority decisions, influence senior stakeholders and direct delivery across matrixed technology teams.

  • Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for AMS & Onboard Finance Technology.
  • Translate business strategy, operational needs and regulatory obligations into clear, prioritised technology outcomes.
  • Drive delivery by setting priorities, sequencing work, managing trade-offs and removing delivery obstacles.
  • Balance business change, regulatory commitments, technical debt and platform modernisation.
  • Partner with business leaders, architects, engineers and platform owners to deliver value.
  • Manage product risks, dependencies, governance and compliance across the product lifecycle.
  • Act as the trusted technology partner for senior business stakeholders.

To be considered for this role you will have: 

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner (or similar) with end-to-end ownership of technology products.
  • Strong product roadmap, backlog and prioritisation expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience leading delivery through matrixed teams with or without direct people management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and decision-making skills.
  • Experience translating business strategy into delivered technology outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance and regulatory delivery.

Highly Regarded

  • Experience working within product-led operating models.
  • Portfolio planning, dependency management and enterprise technology delivery experience.
  • Experience working in financial services or another highly regulated environment.
