Product Owner / Agile Business Analyst

How do we work?
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented Business Analyst to help drive and support our product development strategy. We work in an international environment with Product Managers and Business Analysts located in Poland. The role is located in Cracow and we work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office (Cracow, Zabłocie) once a week.

We are looking for a Candidate, who is:

• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• An excellent communicator - both written and oral.
• Capable of making experiment-tested and data-validated conclusions.
• Able to demonstrate an evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
• Who has a continuous improvement and change management mindset, questioning conventional wisdom and driving change to improve processes and client experience.

In this role, you will:

• Lead initiatives with guidance from Product Managers
• Work closely with development teams as Agile Product Owner
• Collect and document business and regulatory requirements and translate these into detailed functional specifications
• Evaluate and document processes and workflows
• Coordinate the launch of various deliverables in cooperation with other departments like Marketing, Compliance, Legal
• Manage the expectations and satisfaction of initiative stakeholders

What skillset you need, to be successful in this role:

• 3+ years experience in a similar role (e.g. Business Analyst, Product Owner) using Jira / Confluence
• Experience within fintech / finance area
• Can thrive in a dynamic environment
• Practical experience in writing user stories and creating business requirements documentation
• Experience designing and documenting new processes and workflows
• Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies and the proven ability to apply them effectively.
• Whole lifecycle experience of software delivery management methods
