The Role

Product Operations Strategy Consultant

Our Engineering Project Management team oversees product data. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will coordinate the building and shipping of both new and ongoing systems, product marketing and sales, all in an effort to grow Dell Technologies' sales and gain market share.

What you’ll achieve
As a Product Operations Strategy Consultant, you will drive strategy that influences how we take our products to market.
You will:

  • Work across multiple global organizations including supply chain, engineering, marketing, sales, PMO, and more

  • Set strategy for the organization and the company, aligning it with business partners

  • Report directly to the Vice President responsible for Dell's global offer and product operations

  • Communicate to an executive audience, both verbally and with Power Point

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business or engineering with 10+ years of experience with process engineering, or equivalent

  • Willingness to support a global team and global processes. There will be meetings before and after typical work hours

  • A history of being bold and inventive, driving big changes. We don't just look for step function improvements, we look to change the game

  • Ability to multi-task, leading multiple projects with multiple stakeholders at one time

Desirable Requirements

  • Masters Degree or MBA

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total targeted compensation range for this position in Austin, Tx is $171,000 to $222,000.
